City of Palms Marching Festival

Texas Music Festivals is proud to organize the annual “City of Palms” marching festival at Veteran’s Memorial Stadium in McAllen, Texas.

 

 

Our Pre-Area UIL contest has a panel of five judges that will give comments to help prepare your band for the annual Pigskin Jubilee and Area UIL marching contests.
