Texas Music Festivals is proud to organize the annual “City of Palms” marching festival at Veteran’s Memorial Stadium in McAllen, Texas.

Entry Deadline: September 26, 2009

This festival is designed as a pre-UIL contest with three judges giving UIL comments to help your band prepare for the annual Pigskin Jubilee.
